TRILLFIT offers classes for every level, and each session is capped so that everyone can get the individual attention they need (and the twerk space they deserve). All classes must be reserved online via MindBody. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. 



Our signature strength training class focuses on tightening and toning the whole body with an emphasis on booty work. Fusing elements of HIIT,  core work, Pilates, and body weight exercises targeted towards arms, abs, legs, thighs, and butt, Sculpt will have you feeling the burn and looking back at it all damn day. We promise. Bring your own mat. Weights and resistance bands used. All levels welcome.


Slow down and relax your major muscle groups with Sculpt: Restore. Using restorative yogic principles as the guide and a candlelit heated room as the scene, Sculpt: Restore acts as a revitalizing complement to your daily TRILLFIT practice. Give your body some love muscle group by muscle group with slow-flow sequences designed to stretch your body from head to toe. Increase your mobility, ditch the stress, and restore your vibe.


Our signature dance class blends Beyonce-worthy choreography (we love a good twerk sesh) with multiple rounds of HIIT, to sweat your way to a tighter, toned body. Sneakers Required. All levels welcome.



Crush your cardio goals with TRILLFIT's explosive Hip-Hop themed Boxing Bootcamp. Build strength, endurance, and speed with a 10-round program that re-styles the TRILLFIT sequence and adds in a one-two punch. Proceeds of "Fight the Power" go to organizations focused on fighting hate and empowering women of color everywhere.

Here, we target key areas with quick strength circuits designed to lift, tighten, and tone. Think of it as a super-focused Sculpt session on the parts that you'd like to give a little extra love to. Get ready to work. it. out.


THIGHS & TRI'S (30 mins)

Arms and inner thighs are targeted in this 30-minute Sculpt session. Looking to focus the burn on key areas? Say no more, we got you. Can you say push-ups, planks, and glute bridges galore?
